What is your return policy?

Dreamgirl accepts returns of merchandise purchased through our website which meets the following conditions:
The return process must be started within three weeks of your order’s delivery date.
Merchandise must be in its original unworn condition.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, click on “My Account” and then “Orders“.  Next to the order, click on “Create Return” then select the item to return, and enter the quantity.
Note: If an item is not eligible to be returned because the return period has passed, you will not see the “Create Return” button which starts a return.
After you submit a return request, you will be able to see the status of your return in “My Account > Orders”.
When we receive your return request we will send you an email with a return address label, within one to two weekdays. Place the label on the package and drop the package off at a FedEx location.

When we receive your return we will process a refund to the payment method used on the order.

What should I do if there is a problem with an item and want a replacement for the same item?

Click on “My Account” and then “Orders”. Next to the order, click on “Create Return” then select the item to return, enter the quantity, and select “Exchange for replacement” from the dropdown list.
When we receive your replacement request we will email you a return address label. Place the label on the package and drop the package off at a FedEx location.

Can I exchange an item for a different item?

Unfortunately, due to the complexities of payment processing, we cannot process direct exchanges.
Items which are eligible for return under our return policy can be returned, and a new order can be placed for the replacement item.

There is not a “Create Return” button in the My Orders page.

If the items on your order are not eligible to be returned because the return period has ended, you will not be able to start a return.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 2-3 business days.
It may take some time for the credit to appear on your billing statement.

Can I return items I purchased from one of your retailers or on a different website?

We can only accept returns for merchandise which was purchased directly through our website.
Merchandise purchased from another retailer must be returned to that respective retailer.
