What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB debit and credit cards.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if you order has not yet shipped, visit our Contact us page and provide your order number and let us know you wish to cancel your order. If your order has already shipped and falls within our return policy, please visit the My Account / Orders page and click Return, then select your item and submit the return. We will send you an Email with a return shipping label.

Can I cancel part of my order or make changes to my order before it ships?
If your order has not yet shipped we may be able to remove an item from your order and refund the amount back to your payment method (credit card). We cannot substitute items after your order has been placed, but in most cases we can cancel an item from an existing order and you may place a new order for a different item.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We process orders within approximately two business days. Ground shipping takes between 4-8 business days and Two Day Air shipping takes two business days.

We currently ship within the United States.

How much does shipping cost?
Orders over $50 qualify for free ground shipping (Within the continental US)
For orders under $50, flat-rate ground shipping costs $6 (Within the continental US)
Two day Air is FedEx 2 Day Air and is available at a flat rate of $18 (Within the continental US)

Where is my order shipping from?
Orders ship from Los Angeles, California.

How long will shipping take?
Most orders ship within one or two business days. When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Transit time depends on where you are located and which delivery method you choose upon checkout.

Where is my order?
Please check your email to see if you order has shipped. You can check the status of your orders at any time by visiting ‘My Account’.
If your order has not yet shipped and was placed within the last two to three business days, then it is in our queue and will be shipped shortly.

My order was cancelled. What happened?
If for some reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will refund your credit card and cancel the order.
